Recorded at Ardent Studios, Memphis, TN, between September 1975 and July 1976; some overdubs done at Shoe Recording, Memphis, summer of 1976; several tracks recorded at a "live" audition for Columbia Records at CBS Studios on September 8, 1976, with minor overdubs added later. Restored October 1992. Tracks B5 to B7 are alternate versions.
There are discrepancies between the songwriter credits on the sleeve and center labels; the credits on the labels are more complete.
